What You'll Receive

During our time together, you’ll be supported, seen, and gently guided — always in alignment with what’s true for you.

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all process. It’s a personalized space to return to your body, clarify what matters, and create real change from the inside out.

Private coaching includes:

  • Twelve weekly 60-minute sessions with Kari (held virtually)
     

  • Personalized meditations delivered via app to support you between sessions
     

  • Ongoing voice and text support via private messaging app
     

  • Reflection prompts, gentle check-ins, and curated tools tailored to your journey
     

Each experience is customized to your needs, goals, and constitution. Some sessions may include meditation or a grounding Kundalini kriya. Others may center around conversation, breath, or guided self-reflection. The format shifts to meet you where you are, moment to moment.

There’s no pressure to perform — just space to be present.

We begin with a free clarity call — a chance to connect, share what’s been coming up, and explore whether this work feels like the right fit. No pressure. Just conversation.

If it’s a yes, we’ll walk you through the next step to get started.

 

Once enrolled, you’ll work closely with Kari and the Meditate Her Way team. From your first interaction to your final session, you’ll feel cared for. This isn’t box-checking. This is real support, rooted in presence.

 

This is a high-touch, deeply personalized experience designed to feel grounding, steady, and genuinely supportive. You won’t just feel welcomed — you’ll feel known.
